QR Code Menu
A dynamic URL code covers this on the Free plan. Pro adds time-based rules, so a lunch code and a dinner code can be the same printed code.
Three ways to hold the menu
Point the code at a menu page on your own site, at a PDF you host, or at a Link Hub assembled from blocks — food, drinks, allergens, a booking button, a review prompt. All three sit behind the same printed code.
Edit without a print run
The destination lives in your workspace, not in the printed image. A price change, a sold-out dish or a new seasonal card is an edit, so the table tents you laminated in spring are still correct in autumn.
Lunch and dinner from one code
From Pro, conditional redirect rules resolve by time of day as well as by device and country. The same table code can open the lunch card before 4pm and the evening card after it.
See which rooms scan
Give each table, terrace or bar its own code and the analytics show scan counts and unique scanners per code. That is a straightforward read on which seating actually uses the digital menu.
Guest privacy by default
No raw IP address is ever stored — only a keyed HMAC-SHA-256 digest used for counting distinct scanners. Bot and link-preview traffic is filtered out, and nothing reaches an ad network unless you connect that integration yourself.
Branded, not generic
From Pro the code carries your colours, a centre logo, corner styles and an optional frame with a call to action. Export SVG so a code printed at table-tent size stays crisp.
More than a menu on the same code
A Link Hub can add a review prompt, a loyalty claim, a newsletter signup or a wholesale enquiry under the menu, and each block reports its own click count so you can see what guests use after they read.
Works with the plan you are on
The Free plan covers three dynamic codes, one Link Hub, 500 tracked scans a month and 30-day analytics. Pro at €9 per month lifts the code limit and adds the design and scheduling controls above.
Frequently asked questions
What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code encodes a short redirect URL served by QRCode Suite. The actual destination is stored in your workspace and can be changed at any time, so you can update where a printed QR code points without reprinting it.
How many dynamic QR codes can I create?
The Free plan includes 3 dynamic QR codes. Pro and above include unlimited dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes never count against the limit.
What is a conditional redirect?
A conditional redirect sends scanners to different destinations based on rules — such as device type (iOS vs Android), country, time of day, or scan count. Conditional redirects are available on the Pro plan.
What formats can I export QR codes in?
All plans support PNG and SVG export. Pro adds CSV data export. Business adds XLSX export, branded PDF reports, and bulk generation with CSV import.
Can I add a logo or custom colors to my QR codes?
Yes, on Pro and above. Custom logo embedding, gradients and frames are part of the Pro design toolkit; the Free plan uses standard colours.
