Divi QR codes: how to add them to a Divi site

QRCode Suite is not a Divi-specific plugin — it adds nothing to the Divi Builder element list. It is a WordPress connector plugin that registers the Gutenberg block `qrcs/qr-code`, usable anywhere Divi accepts a WordPress block: a QR picker, a 64–1024 px size slider, foreground and background colour pickers, alignment and an anchor. The second route needs no block at all — point any Divi image, button or link at the QR image and its `/q/{slug}` short URL.

QR codes are created in the QRCode Suite platform, so the destination stays editable after printing and nothing breaks if you move off Divi.

No Divi-specific element needed

QRCode Suite does not add an element to the Divi Builder. You place QR codes on a Divi site either with the WordPress block or by pointing an existing Divi element at the QR image — both are covered below.

The qrcs/qr-code block

The connector plugin registers a WordPress block (category: Widgets) with a QR picker, a 64–1024 px size slider, foreground and background colour pickers, alignment and an anchor. Use it anywhere Divi accepts a WordPress block.

Or link any Divi element

Point a Divi image, button or link module at the QR image and its tracked /q/{slug} address. No block required, and it works in any Divi layout or Theme Builder template.

Editable after printing

The QR encodes the /q/{slug} redirect, not the final URL. Change the destination in QRCode Suite and every printed copy follows — no reprint, no layout edit.

Portable outside the builder

The QR itself lives in QRCode Suite, not in the layout: the qrcs/qr-code block renders it wherever the block editor runs, and the tracked /q/{slug} address works in any theme — so content stays portable if you move away from Divi.

Tracked from the first scan

Scans, devices, geography and referrers land in your QRCode Suite dashboard. Raw IPs are never stored — only a keyed HMAC-SHA-256 hash — and bot traffic is filtered out of the counts.
