QR Code Management Platform
Free covers a single workspace. Business adds bulk generation, exports, the REST API, webhooks, a custom domain and an audit log.
Organisation, workspace, entity
The plan and the people live on the organisation; codes, campaigns, hubs, leads, domains and events live on a workspace beneath it. One organisation can run a workspace per brand, per client or per market.
Six roles with real boundaries
Owner, admin, marketer, analyst, viewer and client. Creating and editing needs a writing role; organisation settings, members, billing, domains and webhooks need a managing role. A non-member gets a 404, never a 403 that confirms the workspace exists.
Campaigns and tags
Group codes into campaigns with shared UTM parameters and a schedule, and tag them freely across those groups. Tag names are unique per workspace, so the same taxonomy stays clean as the estate grows.
Design templates
Save a code style once — colours, gradient, corner treatment, logo, frame — and apply it to new codes or to a whole batch. Templates are workspace-scoped and cover both QR codes and Link Hubs.
Bulk generation and CSV import
From Business, paste or upload a CSV and generate a batch of codes in one pass, each with its own slug, destination and history. Bulk operations also cover retagging and status changes across a selection.
Exports and reporting
CSV from Pro; XLSX and branded PDF reports from Business. Analytics read from daily rollups rather than raw event scans, so a long date range stays fast as the event table grows.
Audit log
From Business, administrative actions are recorded so a change to a destination, a domain or a member role has a trail. That is what makes a shared account defensible when something moves and nobody remembers moving it.
API, webhooks and connectors
Business adds a REST API with scoped keys, HMAC-signed webhooks with retry and dead-lettering, and integrations for GA4, Meta, Slack and Discord. The WordPress connector syncs codes, scans and WooCommerce conversions into the same workspace.
Frequently asked questions
What is QRCode Suite?
QRCode Suite is a standalone QR code platform: create a free account and generate branded, dynamic QR codes in the browser — no WordPress required. Connectors bring the same codes to WordPress and WooCommerce, where orders can be attributed to specific QR codes.
Does QRCode Suite work without WordPress?
Yes. QRCode Suite is a standalone SaaS — sign up, create QR codes, and track scans entirely on qrcode-suite.com. The WordPress plugin is an optional connector that brings your codes into wp-admin and adds WooCommerce order attribution.
Does QRCode Suite require a separate subscription?
The Free plan is available at no cost — no credit card required. Paid plans (Pro €9, Business €29, Agency €79 per month) unlock unlimited codes, redirect rules, and more. There is no separate per-scan fee.
What QR code types does QRCode Suite support?
QRCode Suite supports 22 QR code types: Static URL, Dynamic URL, Plain Text, Phone, Email, Location, Link Hub, SMS, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi, vCard, Social profile, PDF, File download, App download, Coupon, Calendar event, Lead capture form, Review collection, Wholesale inquiry, Loyalty reward, and Custom payload.
Can I change the destination of a QR code after printing it?
Yes. Dynamic QR codes use a short redirect URL. You can update the destination from your dashboard at any time without generating or reprinting the code.
Is QRCode Suite GDPR-compliant?
QRCode Suite is built with GDPR in mind: raw IP addresses are never stored — visitors are counted with keyed hashes — bot traffic is filtered automatically, and scan events are purged once your plan retention window elapses. Consult your legal team for your specific obligations.
