Branded Short Links

Every dynamic QR code in QRCode Suite is already a short link: the printed image encodes a compact redirect, and the destination behind it stays editable. Attaching a custom domain changes whose name is on that link. You add a hostname such as links.yourbrand.com, the platform issues a verification token, and you create two DNS records — a TXT record under the verification host and a CNAME pointing at the redirect target shown in your dashboard. A live DNS lookup then moves the domain from pending to verified and, once the CNAME resolves to us, to active with certificate provisioning under way. From that point your links and your QR codes share one brand rather than borrowing someone else short domain.

Custom domains start on the Business plan, which includes one. The Agency plan lifts that cap for agencies running several client brands.

Two DNS records, checked for real

A TXT record under the verification host proves you control the domain, and a CNAME points traffic at the redirect target. Verification performs a live DNS lookup rather than trusting a button click.

Three states you can see

A domain is pending until the TXT record resolves, verified once it does, and active once the CNAME points at us and certificate provisioning starts. Each state is visible in the dashboard, so a half-finished setup is obvious.

Strict hostname validation

Bare hostnames only — no URLs, no paths, no IP addresses, and no domains we operate ourselves. Bad input is rejected with a specific message instead of silently producing a domain that can never verify.

The same link works as a QR code

A branded short link and the QR code printed on a poster resolve through one engine, count into one analytics set, and share one destination field. Change the destination once and both follow.

Analytics that come with the link

Device, operating system, browser, country, city, referrer and UTM parameters are recorded on every resolution, with distinct visitors counted from a keyed hash rather than a stored IP address.

Rules on branded links too

Conditional redirect rules apply the same way: send visitors from one country somewhere else, split traffic across A/B variants, or change the destination by day of week and time of day.

Per workspace, not per account

Domains belong to a workspace, so an agency can give each client brand its own hostname while keeping billing and team management in one organisation.

What it costs

Business at €29 per month includes one custom domain along with the REST API, webhooks, bulk generation and exports. Agency at €79 lifts the domain cap and adds white-label pages and reports.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Link Hub?

A Link Hub is a mobile-optimized landing page that displays multiple links — similar to Linktree or Beacons. QRCode Suite hosts it at /h/{slug}, and a QR code can point to a Link Hub instead of a single URL.

What can I put on a Link Hub?

Link Hubs are built from nine block types: button, text, image, social links, coupon, newsletter signup, form, video and divider. Agency plans can additionally embed custom HTML blocks.

Can I use a custom domain for my Link Hub?

Yes, from the Business plan up. Business includes one custom domain and Agency includes unlimited custom domains; on Free and Pro, Link Hubs are served from a qrcode-suite.com URL.

Is a Link Hub the same as a landing page?

A Link Hub is a structured link list page optimized for mobile scanners. It is not a full landing page builder. You can link to any product, category, or cart URL from a Link Hub.

Put your own name on the link

Two DNS records, verified live, then it is your domain.
