Link in bio: what it is, what to check, how to build one

A link in bio page exists because social platforms allow only one link in a profile. It gathers everything you hand out behind a single URL: shop, booking, catalogue, newsletter, WhatsApp. What separates one from another is not the look but three things: who owns the domain you hand out, who keeps the click data, and whether that same page can also be reached from a QR code printed on a poster, a package or a card. QRCode Suite calls these Link Hubs and answers all three: the page is built from blocks, each block counts its own clicks, and any dynamic QR code can point at it so the content behind the print run can change without reprinting.

The free plan includes 1 Link Hub and a dynamic QR code pointing at it. Your own domain from Business; white label on Agency.

Nine block types

Compose the page from buttons, text, images, social icon rows, coupon reveals, newsletter signups, forms, video embeds and dividers. Blocks are reordered by position and can be switched off without deleting them.

Click tracking per block

Each block keeps its own click count, recorded server-side when a visitor taps it. That turns the page into a ranked list of what people actually want, rather than a single view count for the whole hub.

A QR code in front of the page

Every published hub has its own short address, so a dynamic QR code can point straight at it. Print that code once; reorder, rename or replace the blocks behind it as often as you like.

Theme, avatar and SEO fields

Set a title, subtitle and avatar, then pick colours, fonts and button styles from the theme editor. Each hub carries its own SEO metadata for the times it is shared as a plain link.

Draft, published, archived

A hub stays a draft until you publish it, and archiving takes it offline without deleting the blocks or the click history. Nothing about an unpublished hub is exposed publicly.

Your own domain from Business

Business includes one custom domain and Agency lifts that cap, so hubs and short links can be served from links.yourbrand.com after two DNS records are verified. Free and Pro hubs are served from a qrcode-suite.com address.

Lead capture built in

The newsletter and form blocks write submissions into the Leads inbox in your dashboard with an explicit consent flag, attributed to the hub that produced them, and exportable to CSV.

Same analytics as your other codes

Hub scans and clicks land in the same first-party analytics as every other QR code in the workspace: device, OS, country, referrer and UTM parameters, hashed IPs, bot traffic excluded.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Link Hub?

A Link Hub is a mobile-optimized landing page that displays multiple links — similar to Linktree or Beacons. QRCode Suite hosts it at /h/{slug}, and a QR code can point to a Link Hub instead of a single URL.

What can I put on a Link Hub?

Link Hubs are built from nine block types: button, text, image, social links, coupon, newsletter signup, form, video and divider. Agency plans can additionally embed custom HTML blocks.

Can I use a custom domain for my Link Hub?

Yes, from the Business plan up. Business includes one custom domain and Agency includes unlimited custom domains; on Free and Pro, Link Hubs are served from a qrcode-suite.com URL.

Is a Link Hub the same as a landing page?

A Link Hub is a structured link list page optimized for mobile scanners. It is not a full landing page builder. You can link to any product, category, or cart URL from a Link Hub.
